First Jeep, First New Vehicle I wanted to thank Daniel for making the purchase of my Jeep Wrangler such a positive and a great experience. He was very helpful with all of my questions and patient throughout the entire process (which was extended thanks to COVID-19 shutting down the assembly line). Once the line re-opened and my order submitted, Daniel kept me informed of the progress and was great in taking care of all the final details when the vehicle was delivered (especially since this was my first new vehicle purchase). Wow finally a dealership that understands customer service. Any issues / updates or anything I’ve had to bring my Rubicon into the dealer were met with friendly and professional people. Here are the names that I could Remember off the top of my head. Gordon Hatch -Sue Monte - James Gass -Jamie Berger and Bill Perry. Sorry I don’t remember the two technicians names that actually worked on my Rubicon but the were also polite. All from different areas of the Dealership but all very friendly & yes even when I wasn’t exactly at my best they didn’t hold against me. Even when the wife brought our vehicle in for service commented on how professional everyone was at the time. Ive looked at some of other people’s comments and I really have a hard time thinking they were in the same dealership I was at. Unfortunately nowadays I think some people give negative reviews because they weren’t helped quickly enough or in the back of their minds the dealer wasn’t getting to them because of their appearance. I can tell you my experience has always been a good one even when I wasn’t being so good & maybe just a little mean. But i realized after the fact I may have been upset about something and they still treated me respectfully. Thank you for being so polite even when I may not have been. I do give 5 star rating but the loaner vehicle was tiny I would’ve preferred maybe something like my Jeep Rubicon I dropped off. But maybe my next visit if I need a loaner. More

When I went to Fitzgerald's to see what they had I got information about the different model Jeeps which helped me to decide what I wanted. There was never any pressure and when I was ready to make the purchase they got me exactly what I wanted. Absolutely Outstanding! One of the things that I hate most in life is buying a car. So much so, in fact, that I waited nearly to the last day on my lease to go to a dealersh One of the things that I hate most in life is buying a car. So much so, in fact, that I waited nearly to the last day on my lease to go to a dealership. I read some great things about Fitzgerald's online so I decided to stop in, and I was absolutely glad I did. Within two and a half hours, Pete Lopez had me in a brand new car at a price that I couldn't believe. There was no hard negotiations - they actually provide you the best value first and have it on the car! So instead of getting into a lower class car at $20K, they were able to get me in a luxury $38K for a lease that was only about $25 per month more - plus lots of extras in terms of service. If you HATE buying cars and always put it off - you got to come in and meet Pete and the team working around them. I never bought a car so fast, with so little stress. How they have their operations set up is the best. I don't think I could ever buy a car from anyone else in the future - they have made a loyal customer and treated me extremely well. More
