End-of-lease process was a surprisingly positive experience I received a call from Gonzalo when I was two payments away from the end of my lease. He offered to go over with me some incentive offers for a new lease. Although my lease was financed through BMW Monrovia, I’ve taken my cars to New Century for service many times over the years. I know them to be friendly and efficient, and I was anxious about owing $4K at the end of my lease due to over-mileage. Gonzalo was straightforward with me and didn’t subject to me to the typical sales pitch or try hard-sell tactics. His honesty and the respectful way he worked with me made it the most positive experience of I’ve ever had with getting into a new vehicle. He clearly presented the essential information to allow me to understand my options and make an informed decision. There were no slight-of-hand tricks. There was no B.S. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly positive. More
