They were okay until they revised my loan and I had to pay a higher note now. Also I had to wait like 2 weeks to even get the vehicle. I reported that something is wrong with the vehicle and they claim it pay a higher note now. Also I had to wait like 2 weeks to even get the vehicle. I reported that something is wrong with the vehicle and they claim it’s nothing but the issue I reported about has gotten worse. I didn’t even get to test drive it and I feel like they played me. The vehicle is okay but it has issues. I can’t even operate the passenger side mirror because it’s something wrong with it. It’s something dragging and scrapping the ground underneath the car and every time I up an hill or on the highway it scrubs. Now the malfunction brake signal is showing on the app. If I could return the car and get my down payment back I would and go to another dealership. Plus it’s been way over a month and my tag and registration haven’t came yet. More

Everything was great, except the end signing the documents. The finance gentleman kept asking if I wanted to purchase their gap coverage. 3 times, I said no, four...five...still no. "I know *24* dol documents. The finance gentleman kept asking if I wanted to purchase their gap coverage. 3 times, I said no, four...five...still no. "I know *24* dollars per month is a lot for some people" um... excuse me? "I hope you don't get in to an accident". Why would you put that in to the world like that?
