We've been researching mid-sized pickups for some time and decided on the Chevy Colorado Z1. This past weekend, while dealers were closed,, we visited several Chevrolet lots to get a look at various vehic and decided on the Chevy Colorado Z1. This past weekend, while dealers were closed,, we visited several Chevrolet lots to get a look at various vehicles without salespeople pressure. On Monday we returned to Emich to talk seriously to a salesman. We met Jay Stur on the lot and he presented himself as very confident and friendly. He was very knowledgeable on the truck, especially the technology. We went inside and talked numbers with Jay and a manager. I believe Emich was dealing in manner that was fair to both of us and we quickly agreed on a price. While the truck was being prepared, we met with Gloria in finance. She was extremely well organized and took us through the paperwork without haste. I thank Emich for the positive buying experience and look forward to driving this beautiful vehicle. More

Customer service is not measured when things go right but really measured if things go wrong and how it is handled. Our salesman JD Graham handled our crazy situation in the best way he possibly could and re really measured if things go wrong and how it is handled. It's a long story of just confusion and frustration on our ordered Z06 but all was handled professionally, and we are very happy with our purchase. JD and everyone else we worked with (managers , finance , detail etc) stepped up and got the job done. In the end we even got a call from the owner to make sure all was good. We will for sure reach out and hope to purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.
