The dealership is a shame. Their service department service department holds incompetent technicians. In my last visit they damage subassembly frame when they try to make wheel Their service department service department holds incompetent technicians. In my last visit they damage subassembly frame when they try to make wheels “alignment”. The damage was confirmed by other Toyota dealer and independent mechanic. The Westechester Toyota refused to communicate on the topic and their manager hides and is no accessible. It shame for Toyota to keep this dealership in their network. More
