After agreeing to a $0 price deduction for being a cash buyer I was told by the Used Car Manager Glenn that he could sell this vehicle to several other people and I could pay the entire balance today even though I was not taking delivery of the car until the scratches were buffed out of the door. The experience of purchasing a car is supposed to be memorable. After being yelled at for no apparent reason I gathered my dignity and took my business back to AutoNation. They didn't even bother to wash the car before they showed it to me! More
