I was in the market for a BMW M50i with a very specific set of features that was still under warranty. Certified Benz & Beemer had come up in my searches a couple of times; however, I had decided to only set of features that was still under warranty. Certified Benz & Beemer had come up in my searches a couple of times; however, I had decided to only purchase from a dealer and not an independent. After doing research on CB&B for a couple weeks I decided to reach out to them and see how they worked with me. The sales person Glen Davis, was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and gave me all the information I needed about the vehicle. I put a returnable deposit down on the vehicle and continued to do my own research. After doing my own research about the vehicle, and being thousand miles away, I decided to request a third party independent inspection, many dealerships are not interested in a third party inspection, Glen and Certified Benz & Bemmer welcome the inspection and worked with me to coordinate the date/time if the inspection. After that was complete and everything checked out, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Glen coordinated with the accounting department to get all the paperwork completed. They gave me the specific amount including the shipping that Glen and I had discussed. All Glen’s previous information and numbers matched the paperwork. The paperwork took less than an hour to process. Glen coordinated the shipping and kept me informed of every step. This was the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased. This was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle without personally seeing it first. The dealership never lied to me, I believe Glen was open and honest about the vehicle and the transaction. I always would recommend doing your own research and validate the facts yourself. In my experience Glen Davis and Certified Benz & Bemmer gave me everything I needed quickly and effectively. Overall, I would highly recommend both Glen and CB&B. More
