She provided excellent follow up and kept me abreast of cars that came into the dealership. She would recommend those that she thought would be a match for me. Her kind and gentle nature made her feel like more of a consultant than a sales person. I feel she always has my best interest at heart because she said- “I don’t want to sell you one car… I want to sell you all of your future vehicles”.
