We had our oil changed on our Ram truck. The service department sold us on rotating the tires. They broke off a lug nut in the process then wanted us to pay close to $300 to fix it. The part The service department sold us on rotating the tires. They broke off a lug nut in the process then wanted us to pay close to $300 to fix it. The part was approximately $45 the rest was labor. We called the service manager who was surprised that could happen & said he would call back. He did not call back so we called again the next day & he said they would not discount the repairs so we decided to call a different Dodge dealership for another quote. They told us if they had done that they would have repaired it for free. Our vehicle only has approximately 36,000 miles on it It is in mint condition, always maintained. It has no rust anywhere. The next day we get a text asking for a good rating on this survey! More
