Within literally 20 minutes I went from a mere promise to a friend to test-drive a Subaru to - "that's the car," "I want it in Silver", and least likely of all "this is what I want for my trade in"...blamo - Glen took care of the rest. I sailed out of the dealership thinking, "Did that really just happen?" Then I left town the next day for a 9 day vacation and returned to the car of my dreams, with everything taken care of. Registered, inspected, full tank, hatch back tray liner, radio and bluetooth and Pandora all configured to my phone and preferences. Best part of it all is that I'm in love with my Impreza Sport! John Melvin in Finance was terrific as well. He was efficient, clear, and reasonable. 100% positive experience all around! More

Easiest Purchase, even after owning many Subarus! We decided to consolidate cars and turned two Oubacks in for one. We went into the dealership having a good idea of what we were looking for and was We decided to consolidate cars and turned two Oubacks in for one. We went into the dealership having a good idea of what we were looking for and was just deciding between an Outback or Forrester. We don’t live close to Cityside (about 45 minutes away), but after looking locally we found they had the best inventory. We popped into the dealership very quickly on a Saturday afternoon with limited time to see if we could look at a few of the cars. We also wanted to see what the response was like from some of the sales people. Glen was the first to greet us, got us into a test drive quick with our limited time frame. We both owned Outbacks prior, so really only needed to test drive to see the new redesigned model. Glen told us once we drove it, we would want it and he was right! We went back the next day to finalize the purchase and determine the trade-in values. Working with Glen was an extremely easy process. He made the whole sale effortless and we never once felt pressured to buy. Because we lived a distance away, Glen made special delivery arrangements for us and remembered all the small features we asked for (floor mats etc). We highly recommend CitySide and Glen! If we decide to go back to two cars, we will be back to CitySide for another Subaru and to work with Glen again. More
