Austin Vannaken made the buying experience extremely pleasant and easy, very grateful for his patience and sense of humor. Mr. Langley in finance was also a pleasure to meet and work with, he gave some pleasant and easy, very grateful for his patience and sense of humor. This is our first purchase with Classic and can say with honesty that we will be back again next time. More

This car buying experience was probably one of the easiest and definitely one of the most pleasant that I have ever had. Every employee that I came into contact with, even if they were just holding th easiest and definitely one of the most pleasant that I have ever had. Every employee that I came into contact with, even if they were just holding the door open, was friendly and polite. I have to say, I do NOT like buying cars! I drove 75 miles to look at a vehicle that I was not 100 % sure that I would be driving home. After seeing the car, driving the car and meeting the people, I was totally confident that I had made a good decision to make the drive! Gio was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he stay late but he also helped me transfer ALL of my belongings from my original vehicle!! That was a task! Even the financing experience ( most dreaded) was very pleasant! Michael explained everything clearly and repeated when needed. He wasn't pushy! He was patient and kind. He explained everything and let me make a decision that worked for me, which I appreciated. The manager came in a couple of times and in conversation it came up that I have been driving a lot in that past year taking care of my ill father who lives about an hour from me. He took the time to not only listen but to also acknowledge that I needed a vehicle that I could depend on and how important that was. I know, your thinking" good sales ploy"....NO. He then helped to figure out the numbers that worked for both of us so that I could get the car that I really wanted. That meant more to me than I think he may have realized. After spending the time in the dealership, I felt that the employees did everything to help me when needed and made me feel like I represented much more that just "a sale" on their monthly tally board. I felt like it was important to all of them that I was pleased with my decision and could therefore be excited about my new car! I wouldn't hesitate to drive the 150 miles roundtrip for my next car, but I will enjoy this one for a while first. Thanks Everyone!! More
