My lease was up and I wanted to buy the car back. Tried to have everything organized before I got there, but I was given bad info and no one was ready. I called Audi two months before my lease was up a to have everything organized before I got there, but I was given bad info and no one was ready. I called Audi two months before my lease was up and was transferred to George. I told him I wasn’t in a hurry, but he hounded next almost daily for one month. I finally contacted him and we made an appointment to handle the paperwork. He told me I needed money down and needed a safety inspection once I got to the dealership. I showed up at our scheduled time and George was off For the day (a Covid/Audi travel related policy) and no one knew I was coming. And turns out, I wasn’t even supposed to work with George, I was supposed to work with Gino and didn’t need a safety inspection. So I had to start all over. I could have had my own financing set up prior to this, but George didn’t explain that. So I had to wait for a finance person. It was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I tried to be prepared and prevent spending a day at the dealership, but George totally f’d that up. Now I’m trying to cancel the extended warranty on the car and no one will help me. I get transferred to phones that don’t have voice mail. I get hung up on. Messages are responded to. I’m not at all impressed with Audi. More

Seemless experience. I'm very happy with my CPO A4. Gino is always a pleasure to deal with. He asked all the right questions to understand my scenario and quickly laid out the options. We met on Sunday and I went back on Monday to turn in my lease and sign the paperwork for my new CPO A4. More

For the second time the mechanic leaves certain things wrong for me, the first time I left the head packing wrong and there was a need to bring the car back, in this last time I bring the A8 for a damage wrong for me, the first time I left the head packing wrong and there was a need to bring the car back, in this last time I bring the A8 for a damage in the air conditioning an the mechanic damage the reverse sensor switch, so I think the next time I am going to take the car to HOEHN. good except for long wait in financing It was an odd transaction as I live in Ohio and was coming out to buy a car that our friend had just turned in off lease. I financed the transaction w It was an odd transaction as I live in Ohio and was coming out to buy a car that our friend had just turned in off lease. I financed the transaction with my bank in Ohio in both my name and my wife''s name. Gino did a good job. Probably needed more communication, especially from your finance department. I never talked to them before I came out and that caused confusion when I got there. I was unaware that the check I brought needed to in my name. My bank put only my wife's name on the check. The dealer wouldn't take the check and I had to have my bank issue a new check and overnight it to the dealer. My other complaint was that I had to wait an hour and 45 minuted to see the only person handling the finance department that day. I find that to be totally unacceptable. I have purchased many cars in my life and have never had to wait like that. Joyce was very efficient once I got in to see her. More
