Excellent My experience was wonderful.. I had an appointment with Gino Bruzzese and he was not able to be there when I arrived due to a family emergency. Howev My experience was wonderful.. I had an appointment with Gino Bruzzese and he was not able to be there when I arrived due to a family emergency. However, he had arranged for Paul Dragich to meet with me. The car buying experience was great. All my questions were answered clearly and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. J. P; in the finance office was also very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Gino was able to arrive before my appointment was over and explained all the features of my new car, how to use them and he also set up my blue tooth and on star services for me. I would highly recommend Paul Masse Chevrolet and these gentlemen in particular to everyone. More

They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I did do my research and like always , they did give me a great deal. There was no pressure from him at all. I looked at several dealerships, and one in CT contacted me (emails, texts, phone calls) approximately seven times in less than 24 hours. Needless to say, a purchase wasn't made there. Gino followed up with a lovely, no-pressure email, which I appreciated. Gino stayed with my wife and I, long after his shift ended, explaining all of the technology our new vehicle had to offer. He really went above an beyond when he helped to settle our 2 young children down by getting them cookies and an Ipad to hold their attention while we discussed vehicles.
