It comes but once a year, upon an oil change, warm fluids move down a pre planned access hole is opened, it's pent up contents released, in a gush of black, aaaaahhhh, soothing as it is to the under fluids move down a pre planned access hole is opened, it's pent up contents released, in a gush of black, aaaaahhhh, soothing as it is to the under carriage as the soft hands move over to the tires... rear to front, front to rear...music playing, the car is treated with a mechanics love, removing the left and right bolts, threaded, released with IMPACT gun, the bolts screw out one after another, 5 strong, threaded bolts holding the round, smooth, glossy, wheels. Ooooogggggaaahhh, be still my heart. The rotation dance, is well crafted. P Diddy ain't got nutin on a good oil change and tire rotation. The brake fluid flush, now that's Uncle Todd's favorite....it's mentally comforting to a troubled Uncle Todd, whilst doing much much better, he has an occasional flare up, of intestinal regurgitation, he gets worked up, knowing he only has a few years left on this earth...but when his handlers described the brake fluid flush, and how it improves his chances of survival in a needed quick panic stop, he feels like he is getting added time to his life expectancy. So I usually take him out for a spin, after i know for sure his insides are stable, I'll drive up to a RED light wait till the last minute, slam on the brakes...he gets a big grin on his face. I like making Uncle Todd happy,from great service at Hamilton VW...Uncle Todd goes to his happy place, every time Hamilton does great work on the VWs. He is much more content than if we just leave him out in the yard, with some old pillows for him to toss around...VW service keeps Uncle Todd in his happy place More

The lady at the front desk her name is ginny gave me a hard time she was so rude to me she yelled at me and she disrespected me and my car and told me something is not right about this car and maybe thats hard time she was so rude to me she yelled at me and she disrespected me and my car and told me something is not right about this car and maybe thats why he got rid of it and she had me waiting for almost 4 hrs just for one key to get programmed and they didn’t tell me that my old key won’t work again ….. they made me hate my favorite car I won’t go there anymore …. I think if I was driving a GTI 2025 the treatment would’ve been better than having a GTI with ripped seats and broken key More
