I went online to search for a dealership that could service my Murano. I chatted directly with Gina who scheduled an appointment for me within a hours time. Once I arrived I spoke with Vanessa and expl service my Murano. I chatted directly with Gina who scheduled an appointment for me within a hours time. Once I arrived I spoke with Vanessa and explained that I'd been to an outside mechanic who was basically ripping me off. Vanessa had the car fully checked and the mechanic gave me a break down of what I really needed above the oil change. My wait was not long at all. The treatment I felt was above and beyond what I expected, and I will be returning to this location moving forward. More

Honest dealership that is transparent with pricing. Contacted Gina then worked with Matthew who was very helpful. Had a small paperwork mistake but they fixed. I worked with Chris D, Rich, and Gina for my inquiry about a used Nissan Leaf. My case was complicated because I was purchasing out-of-state and moving to yet another state shortly afterward, but they w about a used Nissan Leaf. My case was complicated because I was purchasing out-of-state and moving to yet another state shortly afterward, but they were very helpful and willing to help me figure out the best way to proceed for registration etc. Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle because I found a new one instead that qualified for a federal tax credit, the staff was very supportive, friendly, and understanding through the whole process. Great to work with! More
