While the employees were very friendly, we were very disappointed that an oil change and tire rotation took 3.5 hours! We did a 7:30 am appointment so we would have it back quickly. We were even asked if we wanted to wait for it and I’m glad we didn’t. They texted at 11 am that our car was done. We had heard several stories of very slow service, one friend not even getting her car back the same day! We wanted to give you a try because you were local, however, I think we will look for an alternative for Service for our Honda. More
