Customer service doesn't get any better. When I noticed the before and after alignment paperwork was missing from the receipt I received and was nowhere to be found. I emailed her a question a few days later on a Saturday night, and she replied not even two minutes later. I couldn't imagine a better customer service experience. More

poor service management When we bought our car less than a year ago we were told it included free carwashes for a year. He said" normally we only give them out when your car is due for service, but I'll do it this once." Also the service dept. couldn't get a tire pressure light to turn off, that was my first visit, the young gal Gina wo sold us the car got it right. S.D. Sucks More

I have been servicing my Hondas at Klein for years and like any other time I came into the dealership thinking I just going to get an oil change and be on my way. I ended up leaving with a new car! The sales staff I worked with was nothing less than amazing. My sales person was Gina Book and the sales manager Robert. Gina was very knowledgeable and was very helpful explaining all of the new technology in the car. I love my new Accord!!! I will never service or purchase another vehicle from any dealer other than Klein. The staff is GREAT, low pressure and know their stuff! Thanks Klein! More
