I do not know the quality of the dealership since i just bought a new car. However, If Gina Bommarito is a indication of how my experiences will be in the future, i should say I am in good hands. She was terrific, what she couldn't answer she found the answers immediately. She was honest, nice and receptive. Jeff did my paper work, explained it well and was very efficient. However that i say this, i bought a $30,000 car and if Dave Jr. walked in my front door i wouldn't know him. I got a letter from him, but is there really a Dave Jr.? More

We originally went to only look - I had not researched Honda. Ms Bommarito's willness to WORK WITH us,to get answers about the SUV, final cost & trade in made the sale. If it had not been for her abilities & non-pressure sales we would have walked. Her info on the vechicle was correct and we are happy. There was a small problem was handled quitly - with Ms Bommarito taking action that insured that we we taken care quickly of and I got to work on time! She worked very hard to meet my demands on the vehicle and the price. We negotiated on a few items but we finally agreed on a price and accessories. Gina managed to keep me and her finance guy happy. I went in to St. Louis Honda to take advantage of Honda's Financing deal. Mungenast was recommended to me by friends and family. We were greeted immediately upon walking in the front doors by several smili Financing deal. Mungenast was recommended to me by friends and family. We were greeted immediately upon walking in the front doors by several smiling people. I was told to ask for Jaime, but he was with another customer and Gina offered to help until Jaime was finished. We never needed Jaime because Gina was great and took care of everything. She answered all our questions, never pressured us and helped us make a final decision. Within an hour they had appraised my vehicle for trade in and were working up a deal for us. The trade in value was more than fair, if not tilted in the buyer's favor. After the deal was struck we met with the Finance Manager. I don't remember his name - Jeff or John maybe, sorry. He was just as great as Gina, no pressure, made the deal easy to understand, and he worked up several options for our budget. I had purposely kept my previous car for 13 years because I dreaded the buying experience. While buying a new car - and having a car payment for the first time in 9 years - is stressful, St. Louis Honda made it easy. I will definitely tell everyone to go to St. Louis Honda for the best deal and the best treatment. More
