Always greet me with a smile and awesome customer service. I know all the staff there. You couldn't pay me 1 million dollars to buy another make SUV. I am a Toyota Lifer. After every service the technician comes to me and explains to me what was fixed and if I need further maintenance, they let me know . Keep up the Great work Torrington Toyota More

Best dealership experience so far It was a very pleasant experience buying a car from Torrington Toyota. My wife and I bought a cheaper used car there on 11/16/18 (2005 Mitsubishi Lanc It was a very pleasant experience buying a car from Torrington Toyota. My wife and I bought a cheaper used car there on 11/16/18 (2005 Mitsubishi Lancer, a one owner car with 97k miles). We recently bought a more expensive car elsewhere and had to get something cheaper. The salesman, Gil, was great. We were able to look at the car on the same day that I talked to him over the phone. I mentioned that a concern for me was the condition of the underside of the vehicle. When we got there, he had a service tech put it on a lift so I could look underneath (the tech stayed late to do this for us). Price seemed a bit high, but they put a lot of new parts on the car before selling it, so I was fine with it (new exhaust from the manifold back, tie rod ends, sway bar links, brake pads, brand new tires, wipers). Looked good, so my wife and I test drove it, without an employee. The last couple dealerships I dealt with had an employee go with me on test drives. After that, we went up the road to Sullivan Chevrolet to look at something else, and the salesman there said he couldn’t find the keys, and we made that appointment two days prior. Ridiculous. Went back to Torrington Toyota and filled out a credit application. We picked up the car four days later (would’ve been three days later, but we got our first snow storm of the season that day). The entire process went quickly and smoothly, all the employees we dealt with were very nice and helpful, and they always got back to me quickly when I would call or text. I highly recommend this dealership. I have no experience with the service department and probably won’t get any, as I do most of my own car work and use an independent mechanic for more serious issues. I can say that the tech that put the car on the lift for us seemed very nice and helpful. Oh, and the car did come with a 60 day, 3,000 mile warranty, which is perfectly acceptable since it is a 13 year old vehicle. More

Gil and Toyota group I was browsing for new vehicle and worked with Gil. I honestly thought it was going to be a waste in time but turns out Gil got me into a 2018 Highla I was browsing for new vehicle and worked with Gil. I honestly thought it was going to be a waste in time but turns out Gil got me into a 2018 Highlander XLE and paying $20.00 less a month. I was impressed and mostly the fact that he did not harass me or try to give me a monthly payment then say something else.. it was very painless. Love my new vehicle and my family loves it too! They also took the time to do a conference call with the salesman, Gil, myself, and my son, who looks out for me, lol, and wanted to be assured I was getting a good deal. I also want to mention the service department, which I have been using since 2002. The service is not only excellent, they also look out for customers. When my second Camry needed struts when it was a few years old, they felt that this was a replacement that should not be needed because of the cars age. They replaced the struts at NO cost for parts or service. How can you beat that? More
