How do I start worst dealership I’ve ever worked with absolute zero on a scale of 1 through 10 bought a used car a 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL500 was told it was in excellent condition. Told everything was inspected. bought it in the summer absolutely zero left on the windshield wipers had to drive home in pouring rain to Naples Florida barely made it. This is just the beginning of the xxxx was advertised the brakes were replaced. To find Only the back brakes were replaced front brakes at 19% Life left in them replaced when I got the car home. thank God I had a mechanic go through the car When I took the car for a test drive, which I came up from Naples Florida to purchase in Newport Richie the person that test drove it before me broke the control on the adjustments for the seat when I asked The manager at the dealership if they could repair that before I purchase it he told me it’s my problem. If I want it fixed, it would cost more money can you believe that? Because it was a low mild car I bought it so when I get back to Naples, I’m waiting for a license plate called them a couple of times basically was told stop calling us. It’s on its way. Three days after it was supposed to show up I called back and they told me they didn’t know anything about it but said they would check on it The next day, it was overnighted to my house in Naples Florida reached out many of times to come up with a solution for all the issues cost me $950 in the first week. Obviously, the dealership is owned by a family sorry, the people that work there hide the truth from from the owner tried to find the owners number, but couldn’t would’ve preferred to talk to him first, but at this point don’t care would rather have the rest of the world no, the fact Will never shop there again. More

100,000% MAKE THE PURCHASE: I absolutely love this whole team! Drove over two hours to come check out a bulletproof SUV, with my mom and 1 year-old-daughter, only to ended up getting my father an incredibly team! Drove over two hours to come check out a bulletproof SUV, with my mom and 1 year-old-daughter, only to ended up getting my father an incredibly safe, gorgeous, reliable, and almost 100% brand new vehicle. ♥️ From calling first thing in the morning, speaking with their lovely associate over the phone, and setting up an appointment for that afternoon- I was so prepared on my own before and with her suggestions plus a detailed email of ALL the vehicles we spoke about, I was so very exited to check out the SUV I had called about and HOPED to see the Jeep I was dreaming about. Once we arrived, the three of us ladies were met with the kindest assistance by the team and the gentleman who helped us with our visit- ALL THE WAAAAY OVER HERE -just so happened to be a friend of mine from when I attended college and was living south of Raymond James Stadium, Obi. Obi and I hadn’t spoken in over 10 years; however, his professionalism knew no limits! I had no idea who he was when we shook hands, but I knew his name was familiar and it gave me an amazing sense of security and trust in the team handling this very important purchasing decision. He asked me questions about why I chose the car and what were the most important reason for choosing these particular vehicles, and he brought out my two choices and test drove the Jeep I had wanted. While we were taking the Jeep through a series of different terrains with my mom and daughter in the back seat, I asked where I knew him from and it was only then that I realized he was someone from so far away!! After this, everything about why I was drawn to this shop made more sense!! The universe brought us here because their whole team took care of my family. Instead of getting the car I wanted, they helped me find a car that worked with the future of my family and that I really loved. I was trying to go for something different than what I had always known and Obi helped me take care of my dad AND my daughter all in one swift meeting. It was more important to me that my family was safe and as someone who I realized KNEW ME- I immediately let my guard down and Obi, the General Manager, the Finance Man, even The Gorgeous Lady with Red Hair- who let my little girl play with her duck all day -they ALL took care to get us through communicating across the state and delivering my father the car and keys. Obi was so great in helping out our family and made me feel so comfortable saying that, YES- when I do come back to get my Bulletproof SUV -I’ll know exactly where to go, because I know just the right guys to find the most beautiful exotic cars, Jeeps with the right amount of unique flair, and all of these Ladies and Gentlemen gave us the honesty and love that you deserve when buying a car to protect and take care of your family.
