So after running the numbers he was able to get me out of the Q5 and into an S5. loved the car, and ended up signing the lease. No money exchanges. This is my 4th Audi, 3 from your dealership and one from a dealer in Va Beach, Va. On a scale of 1-10 10 being good your overall satisfaction with me has always been a 12.Anthony’s exceptional customer service along woth my service advisor Gion Carlos, has exceeded my expectations on every occasion. We had visited the dealership a few months back to start checking out our options. We loved our A4, so we were torn between buying it at the end of the lease or getting a new car. We began our research of 2019 vehicles on Consumer Reports and Car and Driver. Audi was always rated highly. I decided that if we leased a new car, I wanted to switch to an SUV. We read reviews, went to the Miami car show, and visited some of the other nearby luxury dealerships. We found that Audi treated us the best and the product is superior to its competitors. This Friday, we met with Mike Rakowski to test drive the Q5. Mike was so patient and courteous with answering our many questions and finding vehicles on site that met the criteria we were looking for and letting us test drive different ones. We came back the next day and again Mike was there to help in any way he could. He worked with us tirelessly helping us finding the perfect Q5. We absolutely love everything about our new car and the experience with the purchase was superb!! More

My A5 was in the shop, Giancarlo very efficiently placed my car in service while I was looking around. Lastly in discussing buy vs. Lease I was able to clearly conclude NY decision. I don't recall the managers name but he is a top notch numbers genius. The Finance process was the most organized ever, and not s hard sell which I do not like at all. I didnt keep his card either but please extend my thanks. I will share this with friends and family , I was treated fairly and respectfully by Marie and this excellent team, who continues to follow up for anything I need. More
