I have never been treated like an uneducated person before in my life. They kept me there for four hours today. They advertised, upside down, payoff your car, and get you into another one. After all before in my life. They kept me there for four hours today. They advertised, upside down, payoff your car, and get you into another one. After all the back and forth and at the end, we found out that they were getting a loan approved for a used vehicle which we were in agreement with in order to put the upside down dollars into the loan. We found out that what the representative told us wasn't correct and they ran my credit and everything to get me ANTHER LOAN AND KEEP THE OLD CAR AND LOAN! Really and then had the audacity to say we wasted their time. Absoulutely, a terrible way to treat people. We are the customers and should have been told upfront no deal and not the run around to try to trick us. More
