Great Service & Experience I had called this dealer the day before I went and they sent me a few models that matched my requests and introduced me to salesman Mr. Ghali Bazzi wh I had called this dealer the day before I went and they sent me a few models that matched my requests and introduced me to salesman Mr. Ghali Bazzi who called me back and made sure the packets sent to me was accurate and he answered a few questions I had promptly in time. I made the trip and he showed me around and explained all the features and we did the test drive. He was very friendly and professional. We did the deal in honest and professional manner and there was no pressure what so ever. Btw: they had pretty good food too on the day I visited. Everything went really smooth and Mr Bazzi helped me through it and I felt really good with the experience. When we were just looking around and waiting for some stuff to be complete, We always had other people at dealer come check on us if we needed anything. More

I found the model I had been searching for listed on Autotrader and immediately emailed the dealership for more info. I received a response from Ghali within an hour and made plans to test drive the car that evening. Even though we were possibly the only customers left in the building (it was an hour til closing time), we never felt rushed. Ghali took his time with us and did a great job making sure we were comfortable before committing to the purchase. When we returned a few days later to finish up the paperwork and pick up the car, we were genuinely welcomed and helped. Every associate we encountered was friendly- the customer service here is top notch. We felt the sense of pride behind what these people do; quality can be seen not only in the products sold, but in the process in which the products are sold. I test drove a couple of cars and never felt rushed or having the usual sales pressure of "what will it take to earn your business today?" I knew I had made the right choice with Mercedes. There My experience with Mercedes Benz of Birmingham was exceptional! I recently leased my second C-Class and worked with Ghali Bazzi and Sam Cavett. There were two C-Class Sedans that I was looking at, one with a Panoramic sunroof and the other not. Ghali knew I wanted the Panoramic sunroof and that's what I thought I was signing the papers for. However, there had been a mistake and it was brought to my attention that I had leased the other vehicle. Well, Sam walks over and said "I want to do the right thing". So...when all was done, I drove off in my brand new C-Class with a Panoramic sunroof, and, with no extra expense! They definitely hold true to their word and with these values, I will definitely be back! More
