Proceed with caution with this dealership. I have never had such a terrible experience at any dealership. This disaster started with a salesman named Gerry Sandhu who gave me an offer that was I have never had such a terrible experience at any dealership. This disaster started with a salesman named Gerry Sandhu who gave me an offer that was above the down & monthly payments that I wanted to pay. He went back to finance & said there was nothing he could do unless I call my cosigner. I questioned him about this? He responded "no you will have to call your cosigner because your credit is terrible". I should have walked out right then but unfortunately, I did not. We waited quite awhile for my cosigner to get to a place that he could give his information. Gerry goes back to finance & came back with an offer that fit my budget without my cosigner. I asked 2 times why was there nothing he could do 30 minutes ago without a cosigner but now they were able to get me approved by myself with terms that I could manage? He wouldn't give me a straight answer aside from they did not run my cosigner's information & it will help me out with credit in the long run. Again, should have walked away but didn’t. I agreed to purchase the vehicle. While signing the paperwork, there was 3 sheets that had my cosigner listed as the buyer. I questioned it on every paper & he told me that it was just his paperwork but finance's paperwork would have me listed as the buyer. Finally after questioning each entry, he reprinted the paperwork saying "if you are questioning it this much, I'm sure finance is going to question me, too". He told told me 3 times that my vehicle needed to run through the shop so it won't be ready until Monday. I then worked with Samuel in finance who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & went the extra mile over & over again for me. On Monday, I called Gerry around 330 to get an eta & he tells me it won't be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday. I questioned why he told me Monday. He said he never said that. I reminded him of the times he said that & he apologized for me "hearing that but don't I want my car in good condition before it gets on the road". My boyfriend tells him, she did not just hear that. You told us to bring the title on Monday when we pick up the car. Gerry said well Monday was just a guess. Had he said I apologize, something came up, I would have been fine. He also said he had checked on my car a little bit earlier & they said Tuesday or Wednesday but he will check again & call us back. He calls & said the guy that is working on my car isn't even working today. I laughed & asked to speak to his manager. He said sure then hung up on me. I called back & spoke with the general manager, Francis. He apologized & was able to have a guy stop what he was doing to put the tires on my car so that it will be ready that day. I appreciated that. He told me to speak with Vinnie when I arrived. Gerry walked up to us asking for the title to my trade in. I said sure but we are supposed to work with Vinnie. He asked if he did something wrong & I said there were alot of things that he did wrong. He just walked away. Samuel from finance apologized, helped us, & gave me 3 carwash coupons for some papers that wouldn't print off. We walked out to the car & the in transits were not in the window. The windows had a streaky film on them. Samuel spent quite awhile cleaning them & putting the in transits in the window. Once I got in my car, the gas was under a 1/4 of a tank. I should have gone back in but I was so over it at this point. No compensation was even offered for all the mishaps that happened. I then got a call today asking about the vehicle I traded in saying they were going to diagnose it & call me with an estimate. I had to explain to them that the vehicle was their's from a trade in. She apologized & said that the tow truck only told her that the transmission was having issues because you know, the tow truck would know what their company should have already been aware of. Aside from Samuel, it all was an awful experience. I would not recommend. More

Gerry was able to hook me up with a wishlist deposit on the new Corolla Cross Hybrid and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Sadly, when the first Cross arrived the managers completely disregarded my the new Corolla Cross Hybrid and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Sadly, when the first Cross arrived the managers completely disregarded my deposit and was about to sell to someone else! I passed on the car anyways because of the price, but still incredibly disrespectful of the managers at Corwin to do that. Gerry kept me up-to-date on future arriving Corolla Cross's for the next 2-3 months before I found a better deal at another dealer. Cool dude, horrible dealer. More

Coy was talking to us about buying warranty and my wife didn’t want any so he got irritated and things went down from there. My wife and I asked him to explain things in detail what each package covers and didn’t want any so he got irritated and things went down from there. My wife and I asked him to explain things in detail what each package covers and he suggested we get the cheapest package. After my wife said we aren’t interested he got mad and you can hear it in his voice and facial expression also he went from gently typing to typing aggressively. That’s when we just said we weren’t interested in warranty and he printed papers for us to sign and we left, very unprofessional. More
