They are quick to up-sell you everything from gap insurance to an extended warranty plan but have every excuse when you take your car and tell them the warranty contract covers bumper to bumper. Without seeing our car, the service person said the issues at hand may not be covered and we would have to pay $230 separate diagnostic fee for each issue we identified and there are three issues: power seats not moving forward or back, AC not working at times unless I restart the vehicle, and my computer monitor went completely black one day last week as I was driving. We paid $2499 for extended warranty, bought the car here, have brought it in for service here, purchased tires here, brakes, etc. I was over-charged for an oil change at $150 on 3/15/24. When the vehicle was a couple months old, the battery died, and the dealer was quick to want to sell us a new battery - Batteries are covered for 36 months. They also wanted to sell us brakes at a couple months old which of course we didn't get because we didn't need them. These people are the worse. Consumers beware. More
