I first went to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport since its closer to my home, please do not bother going there. They claim to be the number one MB dealership in the country in sales, which they probably are. But they get a zero out of 10 for customer service. Apparently not everyone is treated the same there. After my very disappointing visit and test drive, I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel and drove down there the same day. I met sales extraordinaire Gerhard Jurinek who gave us a 5 star experience. He and the entire sales team made me feel so welcome and at ease. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I was very nervous. There was no pressure, no games. It was all professionalism and kindness.
