Med Center Mazda was able to get my service done in a timely manner and had great customer service. However, I did feel the pressure from the guy at the desk to get other services while I only wanted an timely manner and had great customer service. Med center Mazda was extremely professional and helpful with the repairs needed for our vehicle. Gerald worked with our extended warranty provider and thoroughly reviewed our options with us before the re with the repairs needed for our vehicle. Gerald worked with our extended warranty provider and thoroughly reviewed our options with us before the repairs were started. There were no surprises from the dealer’s standpoint. They gave us a new CX-50 to use as a loaner while our vehicle was being serviced. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was kind and helpful. Great experience. More
