Bought a jeep at the end of August and after 2 1/2 months we still have not received the registration. My husband has called and left several messages but no one will return his call. No one will answer the we still have not received the registration. My husband has called and left several messages but no one will return his call. No one will answer the phone to the department that is supposed to handle the registration. He called other departments hoping for help, but no one is interested in helping. More

I payed an oil change and they didn't do it my oil was really black when I checked it. Service manager gave me a lame excuse that if the drive the truck from the back to the front parking lot it's going really black when I checked it. Service manager gave me a lame excuse that if the drive the truck from the back to the front parking lot it's going to turn it black right away. Also since they did the recall me truck started acting up. Told the manager and he told me that it was normal. They didn't even top off my fuels on it either. Worst place to take your vehicle to get Service. We also bought a car form them and they Messed it up. They didn't put oil on the car. The car engine got messed up because of not having oil on it. We took the car car to another dealership to some repairs on the car and they called us to notify us that the engine was done do to no oil on it. The other dealership takes videos of all the work that gets done to the vehicle so the customer Don't blame them. The Service Manager and the General Manager blamed us for that and know they don't want to be responsible for it. I WOULD DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. More

My brother recently purchased a vehicle from them and was we drove 6 hours there to make the sale and purchase the car to bring back to Arizona. Upon working this deal we were assured multiple times by multi we drove 6 hours there to make the sale and purchase the car to bring back to Arizona. Upon working this deal we were assured multiple times by multiple people the necessary paperwork to register it in AZ which was not at all the case whatsoever. Once returning to Arizona with the vehicle the process to register the car has been headache due to a piece of motor vehicle department paperwork needed to transfer title state to state. Many many many attempts to resolve this issue were left unsuccessful we called multiple times spoke to multiple people who all said different things varying from “we gave you what you needed” all the way down to “we’ll let you know” Once enough was enough and we were tired of endless unreturned phone calls/emails/text messages we had to rely on the finance company to reach out and force them to complete the paperwork on their side of the sale so their customer could register their vehicle. 0/10 do not recommend buying from them they do not care about you or your experience solely making the sale. Purchased a new Ram truck from Jack Powell and wanted to get an extended warranty with it. I was told that pricing had gone up dramatically for extended warranty’s and they dealt with Century Service not Mo get an extended warranty with it. I was told that pricing had gone up dramatically for extended warranty’s and they dealt with Century Service not Mopar for the extended warranty’s. I was told the best deal I could get for a 7/120000 was $5995.00, so , I purchased it. The next month I received multiple offers for Mopar Max Care warranty’s, did my research ( which I neglected in the first place) and found, from a certified Chrysler warranty dealer a Max Care 7/ 120000 warranty for $2650.00. Canceled the warranty that Jack Powell sold me and bought from the online dealer. I’ll let you make your own judgment…..Let the buyer beware!!! More

These guys are real scam artists from the sales to finance to managers. They are a shame on the great manufacture of Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. They issued me a loan without my consent with different bank other than mine and lie to my face about it, after I made it clear to them many times that I want to go through my own bank and they charged the car I purchased from them nearly $5000 more than what we agreed and negotiated for with forged agreement . They managed to charge the vehicle that I bought for 52k before tax to 65k after tax. And they been stalling and ignoring my calls and emails even the managers, they are not responding to my emails. They are all on board on this. More

I purchased a 2022 Ram 5500 motorhome which experienced a recall for an intake air grid relay. I have called the service department 5 times and connected three times and was promised a return call. Very disappointing experience. Sales guy was nice enough, but did not know the car well. He asked for a 10 rating before he even went over the car details. The finance manager was in a huge hurry, even though they only sold 3 cars that day. The manager was invisible to me as a client, except walking around flexing his muscles and making things more difficult as they insisted on a $5000 mark up, plus a extremely low trade in offer. At the end of the day, its really about getting the car you want at a fair price, so the dealership really makes no difference. I expected to get a thanks, glad you bought from us, build a relationship with a buyer, but not at this dealership. I held my ground and got the car for the price i wanted, sold my trade in on Caravan for 40% more that these guys offered. Not gonna pay a mark up, those days are over, not gonna buy all the xx they try to sell you. Clear coat, a tracking system for $1600... Joke.... just use Apple tracking for $20... Extended warranty...where the finance manager makes a huge commission. Its amazing dealers like this thrive... Do your research buyers! Thxs for reading, i wont go back or recommend anyone does.... More
