Words can't even describe how mad I am at Scott Dawson & Gerald Collins. Since 9AM I was trying to give a deposit and lock up a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport out of state & over the phone, but unfortunat Gerald Collins. Since 9AM I was trying to give a deposit and lock up a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport out of state & over the phone, but unfortunately Gerald moved so slow that another buyer came in and grabbed the car while he took 7 hours to send me the information and paperwork. Every step in the process took 2 hours for a call back and I sat there contemplating going over him and calling a manager, but I stayed patient and respective, and it completely backfired on me. I was a ready, willing, and able buyer and he fell asleep at the wheel. I was so excited about this truck and the package that it offered. I blocked off my whole day to be attentive for this deal only to be told at 4:00 that it was “just sold”. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Very un professional and terrible customer service. Very very disappointed More
