Enrique showed me the car I wanted to see, but I was under-whelmed. He asked what I liked about it and told me, “I want to find you that car that’s a Wow!” And he did: After I found the Toyota Avalon under-whelmed. He asked what I liked about it and told me, “I want to find you that car that’s a Wow!” And he did: After I found the Toyota Avalon which feels like a Rolls Royce Corniche inside, I was sold - Everything I wanted and features I didn’t know I wanted! And the best part of it all, is that, when the touchscreen was half-dead, they ordered the new part and put it in for me. I was so happy they fixed it—but it gets better! On my way home with the new part installed, the screen again went dead, unresponsive. I called them up, scheduled a day to drop it off, was given a loaner with the same features! And less than a week later, the car was ready (the new part needed programming). Here is where Zag set itself apart: they dropped the price over $1000 for all the trouble, called the finance company and re-did the paperwork so I didn’t have to pay for the time I didn’t have a properly useable vehicle, and restarted my service contract. Dream car, dream service, responsive personnel and the mechanics to back them up. Zag is family and treat you that way. More
