Hello Natalie, Thank you for your detailed review. We take all customer concerns seriously and have conducted a thorough review of your Porsche Cayenne S purchase history from October 2025. We acknowledge your perspective. However, based on the documented service timeline and the available facts, we must respectfully disagree with the conclusions. As in any situation there are two sides of the story. Our records indicate the following sequence of events: 1. In the spirit of ensuring your complete satisfaction, we made an exception, and accommodated an extended overnight test drive. As the vehicle was consigned by a third party, and you were referred to us by a trusted source. We wanted to provide ample opportunity for your inspection. 2. Upon your decision to purchase, you expressed concerns regarding the tires. We promptly addressed this by replacing all four tires in accordance with the “We Owe” agreement. 3. The day after the tire installation, you reported a front-end vibration. We immediately arranged for complimentary towing to our service center, where our technicians diagnosed and resolved the issue by replacing the front left lug nut. The vehicle was returned to you in proper working order. 4. Approximately six weeks later, you informed us that a third-party mechanic had identified an issue with the two rear tires or wheels. It is important to note the following: -The rear tires/wheels referenced in your recent complaint were not involved in the front lug nut service we performed. -The six-week period between our repair and this new concern represents significant independent vehicle operation outside our supervision. -Wheel or rim bending is consistent with an impact event. There is no mechanical basis for properly installed lug nuts to cause such damage after three weeks of use without an intervening impact. -While we respect that you sought an external opinion, we were not authorized to inspect the vehicle for this new concern, nor were we given the opportunity to diagnose it, a standard step in our process that allowed us to resolve your initial issue promptly. We stand by the work performed, and have fulfilled our commitments under the “We Owe” agreement. There is no evidence, and no physical basis, to support that our service caused the reported damage to the rear wheels months after the repair. Regardless of our findings, as an added customer service measure, we offered to repair the bent wheels at no cost to you. Your husband Taha, declined our offer.
