In their new facility (a former Sears location), all is state-of-the-art, but while the typical high-end dealership is generally close to "sterile", this place projects an extremely comfortable ambiance. We worked with George Sanchez and his manager, Aaron Anderson, but couldn't quite agree to terms on both the price and trade-in value, despite negotiations being sincere on both sides. We left on good terms and continued our search. The following day, after almost pulling the trigger on another vehicle, my wife suggested that we revisit Momentum, as we preferred their '19 Audi e-tron to the others we'd seen. We did get them to move enough to complete the sale, and are pleased with the overall experience. Both George and Aaron are genuine sales professionals, and were courteous throughout the transaction. Matt Harris, finance manager, accommodated us on a technical matter, so that we could drive the Audi home that evening. Being a cash transaction, we were on our way in a short time. Overall, this was a highly positive experience. By all means, include Momentum in your search, and definitely ask for George. More
