I want to start off this review by clarifying the entirety of my experience which warranted this rating. Initially, negotiations began with a salesman and I was not taken seriously on my inquiry. Reg entirety of my experience which warranted this rating. Initially, negotiations began with a salesman and I was not taken seriously on my inquiry. Regarding my trade-in, the salesman was sending me inaccurate comp listings insisting that they were representative of my trade-in value, when in reality, they had minimal to no options that were similar to my vehicle. I then was able to speak with George, and I would say he was respectful and amenable to discussion at first. We ended up coming to a deal. I was told the vehicle I was purchasing was "basically brand new" and spotless by the salesman. Trying to get extra pictures of the vehicle and tire tread depth was insanely difficult from the dealer and with frequent sporadic and inconsistent communication. I paid a premium to overnight a check to the dealer to have the deal secured and transportation set up in a timely manner. The salesman and I had agreed that the overnight shipping would help to have the deal finalized the next day. After the check arrived the next morning, there was seemingly no communication between sales and the finance group. My questions/concerns were responded with "the dealer is so busy" or "there is so much going on now, finance will reach out to you within 15 minutes". Needless to say, these 15 minutes turned into hours, and the deal was ultimately not completed until 3 days later. Fast forward to delivery day. The vehicle arrived to my house with a 1.5 inch scratch entirely through the exterior paint into the base primer layer on the rear fender. There was also a large stain on the driver's seat. I had sent photos to the dealer of this, and the same salesman urged me to check the pre-inspection photos of when the vehicle was picked up at the dealer, stating that the scratch looked "fresh" from transport. After comparison, it turns out the scratch and the stain were on the vehicle when picked up from the dealer. The salesman's response to my concern over the large unmentioned scratch was as follows: "I'm sorry about that. I hope you love the car other than that. Send me the comparison photos over". I was then left on read for 3 days and this issue was never addressed to this day. I spoke with George over the phone about the large stain in the passenger seat, and his response was "I mean, that seems like something you could get out on your own, no?". Overall, this was one of the worst professional scenarios I have ever encountered. More
