It was a pleasure dealing with George. He was not in the least bit pushy. He took his time to explain how the touch screen works that controls all the electronics. There is a big difference how everything works. He was kind and patient. I am very technically challenged. Also, Mike Man in the finance office was equally as kind.. We were in his office for good length of time. He has a great sense of humor. He took the time to thoroughly explain the extended warranty, but did not push it on me I left feeling like it is more important to both of these guys to have happy customers as apposed to just making a sale..
