From his first point of contact to the test drive, and then working with his team, a phenomenal package was offered and between George finding me the exact car I was looking for in the Buick Encore GX and the total value experience, I knew this was my dealership moving forward. I recently had the pleasure of trading in and purchasing my 2nd vehicle in 3 years from George Gregory at Sawyer Lyons GMC. Every time I visit this dealership (for service or sales), I feel welcomed and val my 2nd vehicle in 3 years from George Gregory at Sawyer Lyons GMC. Every time I visit this dealership (for service or sales), I feel welcomed and valued. George, who has always been both friendly and professional, always takes the time to say hello and that leaves a lasting impression on customers During the sales process, he has never pressured me into making a decision but instead encouraged me to take my time and ask questions. What really stood out, though, was his commitment to ensuring I got the best deal possible. He worked with the finance team to offer competitive pricing and tailored options that fit my budget. Throughout the negotiation, he was transparent, honest, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Because of my experience with George, I feel confident in my purchase, not just because of the great car I was driving off with, but because of the exceptional service I received. It's rare to find a car salesman who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a sale, but this one certainly did. This is the third car I have leased with Sawyer Buick. This time they offered me an early trade-in for my lease and I ended up getting a better deal than the one that was advertised. Maggie, George, and Rob were all enthusiastic to make it happen for me. Buick are fantastic cars and mine have always been reliable. This dealership is the only one that has offered me excellent deals every time I come to them. Their service department is also fantastic with regular maintenance. More

Terrible customer service once you are handed off by the "good cop" salesman to the "filthy, fat bad cop" numbers guy who will try to sell you upcharged nonsense and fail miserably to explain the padded and "good cop" salesman to the "filthy, fat bad cop" numbers guy who will try to sell you upcharged nonsense and fail miserably to explain the padded and confusing final sales contract. They shotgunned through a higher financing package behind my back, and without my consent, 7 hours before my final test drive and contingencies were supposed to be met the following day. This created a mess with the bank and my transfered plates that took more than a month to rectify. Also, the price advertised WAS NOT the price recorded on the final contract. Everyone needs to hold these guys to their advertised price and a higher standard than what they're getting away with. Slimy fraudulent practices from a stereotypical dealership. Shame on them. Go somewhere else if you can't handle their games head-on. State your price, stand by it, or shop somewhere else. More

The truck we were sold was not up to par. You must have known that there was a major issue with it. There is no way you didnt know. Not only am i disgusted with the fact that you sold us a truck with issues, but that when we brought it in to have it fixed there was some "mix-up" in the garage and we had to wait for it another day. You should have given us two keys, not one and make us pay for the insurance so that we can get it. Also, if it was up to me i wouldn't have traded in our truck, because you way low balled us on the price. I will never buy from you again, and will never tell anyone to go there. Too many issues with the truck that you should have fixed to sell. It wouldnt have cost you that much to do the repairs and sell. More

Always pleased with the service and helpfulness of the service team at Sawyer Lyons Buick. It maybe the only reason I would buy another GMC truck in the future.
