In this case however, our experience with Ken Grody Ford was absolutely different. Not only was it smooth, efficient, and quick. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and listened to us. We get it… the Dealership have a business to run. And while we compromised on some of our ‘deal breakers’, in the end we feel very satisfied. While we say everyone at Ken Grody was great, we want to call out our Sales Consultant, Brock Pizza and Finance Manager, Rafael Ballesesteros who are absolute ROCK STARS! Again, the Dealership is in the business to make money, but none the less, these two made the entire buying experience worthwhile. Because of these two guys, we give perfect scores to Ken Grody Ford!
