My name is Pedro Gonzalez. My wife Viviana and I purchased a vehicle from Paradise Chevrolet, Temecula, CA. a few weeks ago; Jan 2023. In all my years of purchasing a car - thi My wife Viviana and I purchased a vehicle from Paradise Chevrolet, Temecula, CA. a few weeks ago; Jan 2023. In all my years of purchasing a car - this dealership has been the worst. Everything was fine, all calls were answered by every department while we were negotiating. Once the contract was signed, a copy of the contract which was supposed to be provided at time of sale was not because we signed after hours - contract was not provided until a week later via Fed-ex. Still trying to cancel the Gap and Warranty because our credit Union approved us within 5 days grace period and paid off loan accordingly. Called, numerous times, left voicemails for Sales Associate Devin Newton, no answer, no call back. Left voicemail for Finance Director George Makridis - no return calls, no call back - will send you a text every few days responding to your calls. More

This Dealership is AMAZING! I had been trying to get out of my other vehicle for awhile and this dealer made it all happen! They are friendly, helpful and the best part is their honest!
