He explained all the features of the Jeep while doing the test drive and even explained how to use them. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The process after the test drive was seamless. I was offered an amount to my trade in prior, which was very fair! The finance team worked quickly and I was approved in minutes. Cathy from finance was also extremely helpful. She went through all different payments options and packages. It was a relief to have someone patient and so friendly compared to my past experiences at other dealerships. Cathy made sure I had the payment I was comfortable with and explained everything I was receiving all the way down to the tire care. Bryce, a manager, made a point to shake my hand and thank me for my business. The experience from beginning to end was so much more personal and I felt like an apprenticed customer. Overall it was so much better than purchasing at York versus Ray Skillman like I have in the past. Honestly the customer service there makes you feel like more than just another sale. Top notch! Couldn't be happier with my new Jeep! More
