Completely unprofessional. Took over 3 hours after salesperson said we will make this quick and easy. We agreed on purchase price and value of our trade in vehicle. Then Sale Took over 3 hours after salesperson said we will make this quick and easy. We agreed on purchase price and value of our trade in vehicle. Then Sales Manager came with paperwork showing trade in value about one-third less than sales person had quoted. This process is decades old and makes car buying at this dealership feel like a fight. No one demonstrated the cars equipment to us and we left feeling horrible about our purchase experience. We should have walked away when the sales manager started playing his games with pricing. Would never recommend Larry Miller Toyota and will never purchase another car there. More

I made 3 trips looking to be acknowledged immediately to show consideration for my time. 1st time I was outdoors for 30 minutes, no help was offered 2nd it was an appointment and the salesman’s did not show consideration for my time. 1st time I was outdoors for 30 minutes, no help was offered 2nd it was an appointment and the salesman’s did not acknowledge me after 20 minutes I left 3rd, I was making the purchase, had an appointment to do so and finance blamed the salesman for not hello him I was waiting. I waited with my newborn for an hour and in that hour I was not acknowledged. You had many employees chatting, walking by, yet no one cared to communicate. Your business manager blamed your salesman. Salesman promised a windshield chip repair within 3 days, it’s been over 10 days and you have not followed through. I would definitely not recommend your dealership and I will share my experience with friends and family, who inquire about my vehicle. More

When I pulled into the car lot I was expecting to get swarmed with salespeople. That didn’t happen. I was pleasantly surprised usually when I get swarmed I just leave.! I parked my vehicle I was in and proceeded to inspect the vehicle I was there to look at. After that I went in and looked for a salesman. George Came up and greeted me and we went to look at the vehicle. Because of the no B/S and the sales person I didn’t feel pressured into buying. George was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at. I ended up purchasing the vehicle with zero regrets. All I can say is with a combination of the dealership and the salesman I would highly recommend anyone to go to Larry H Miller. I give them a 10 out of 10.! I would do business with them in the future..! More
