I very recently leased a 2024 Acura RDX from this dealership. I have been leasing Acuras for 15 years, and this transaction was my 3rd consecutive lease from McGrath Acura of Westmont. My 1st experie dealership. I have been leasing Acuras for 15 years, and this transaction was my 3rd consecutive lease from McGrath Acura of Westmont. My 1st experience with them was an absolute nightmare, but thankfully after some much-needed staff changes, my last 2 experiences have been exceptional. George Espino was my salesman most recently and I found him to be professional, friendly, and dedicated to arriving at the right price. What was very impressive was my interaction with Angelo, the general sales manager. He came out to talk with me and recounted specific details about me and my last lease transaction 3 years ago! That was remarkable and made me feel valued as a repeat customer. I have had some experiences in which returning to the same dealer for another lease didn't seem to mean anything to the sales team, so it was refreshing to have this experience. Although in our post-Covid society car prices are not what they used to be (but what is?), I still walked away with a really good deal and would recommend this dealership to anyone based on my last 2 experiences! More

Service department is great. However, I’ve seen better sales managers on buy here/pay here lots. I was grossly overcharged for a warranty, grossly overcharged for a maintenance p However, I’ve seen better sales managers on buy here/pay here lots. I was grossly overcharged for a warranty, grossly overcharged for a maintenance package, talked to rudely when they realized I was in a desperate position, and just generally made me, as a repeat Acura customer, hate the experience. Because of them, not only will I never buy another vehicle from a McGrath dealership, but I will also never buy another Acura, just in case I might have to deal with them in the process. More
