The service dispatcher provided an immediate appointment with George. Because of George, the loaner, and the exemplary servicing of our car, we never missed a beat of our vacation. Additional items were identified that needed repair that would have otherwise been delayed for months. Our 6-year old grandson added his own "thumbs up".
