Audi Service Bought my new Audi 2 weeks and am super happy with it, our sales guy Aimal is the best and would recommend anyone to him. Aimal went above and beyond Bought my new Audi 2 weeks and am super happy with it, our sales guy Aimal is the best and would recommend anyone to him. Aimal went above and beyond and still 2 weeks later is still in contact to make sure everything is good. Took the car in for a quick fix of the of Home Links buttons yesterday, was greeted promptly and courteously. My only "beef" is there where no loaner cars available, waited a little over an hour and still no loaner car. Audi did call me an Uber to get me to where I needed to go and back again. By the time I got back 2 hours later finally had a loaner car available. Over all very happy with the experience. More

Emergency Service I want to thank George for his help getting me into service last minute during my trip to San Diego. I brought in my RS5 due to sluggish and hesitati I want to thank George for his help getting me into service last minute during my trip to San Diego. I brought in my RS5 due to sluggish and hesitation during my drive to San Diego. At first I thought I fueled up with bad gas(Arizona is notorious for bad gas). After checking the car over it was determined that there was a factory code that needed to be reset. It is really disappointing that Audi doesn't cover these resets but instead charges customers. If I had been local I know my local dealership would've taken care of the issue. The other issue I experienced was that while I was at the dealership looking at vehicles at no time did anyone approach me to see if I needed assistance. Not only do I own two Audi's currently, I'm in the market for an RS7 or R8. I guess I will continue my search in another dealership that values my business. More

Great Service Brought my car in by tow truck because I had a flat and was unable to find the wheel lock key. They found it for me a put on my spare tire even thou Brought my car in by tow truck because I had a flat and was unable to find the wheel lock key. They found it for me a put on my spare tire even though I wasnt getting tires from them. They also inspected my car for me and found a missus with the engine mounts. They went ahead and fixed that as well. All for no cost to me. Great service More

2009 Q5 179,000 miles I have been bringing my 2009 Q5 to Audi San Diego ever since I purchased it there in 2012. The care of my Q5 has been excellent and it is still runnin I have been bringing my 2009 Q5 to Audi San Diego ever since I purchased it there in 2012. The care of my Q5 has been excellent and it is still running perfectly after all these miles I have racked up. George has been my rep they entire time I believe. He is awesome! The care needed new engine mounts and front brakes this time around. I am happy to pay for this instead of making a new car payment every month. Hanging onto the car and having it serviced regularly is paying off for me. Plus, it is a very nice ride. More
