Try to communicate with the service department exclusively about a oil change promotion clearly explained that I needed the service department to apply the promotion to my service and the associat exclusively about a oil change promotion clearly explained that I needed the service department to apply the promotion to my service and the associate said that they could handle all of that without directing me to the service department. Once I got to the service department, they told me that their other associate was wrong and that the Email I received needed to be presented before service when I was instructed by their associate that it didn’t need to be, and that they would make notes in the file for my service of an oil change.
