First off they really pressure you into getting a vehicle ASAP! I kept telling him I needed time to think about it, should have listened to my instinct. I purchased a 2020 Corolla, and within less than 60 da ASAP! I kept telling him I needed time to think about it, should have listened to my instinct. I purchased a 2020 Corolla, and within less than 60 days I already had a problem with the car. It ended up costing me $860 out of pocket, even though I am paying for an extra warranty that is supposed to cover everything. They are horrible at customer service, and the manager won’t return my call. I can’t wait to be done with them and into another vehicle! I would recommend to stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional, and that is being kind at the least! More

I have never had a better car buying experience from start to finish. The process was flawless. Nnamdi Nwodo, helped with the process. Just took my 2018 Corolla in to have the recall done as well as oil change. Just found out today that my lifetime oil change is no longer valid which was part of the perks when I purchased the car. No co well as oil change. Just found out today that my lifetime oil change is no longer valid which was part of the perks when I purchased the car. No communication was sent that I am no longer eligible for this. Anyone who purchased a car and had this should be GRANDFATHERED in. This is done everywhere. Does Lithia have their head buried under a rock? I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership. This will be my last one. If Lithia cannot inform previous customers of changes how can they inform new ones.....don't shop at this dealership. Go somewhere else! More

We added the oil change maintenance program which was supposed to Not a promise keeper! I bought a brand new 2011 Toyota Camry from this dealership. We added the oil change maintenance program which was supposed to be a lifetime oil change. Only to realise recently when I went to do oil change that they cancelled the program. I didn't get any prior info about this cancellation via email or regular postal service ((although they claimed they did)). Prior to signing up I was skeptical about the program but they assured me as long as I own the vehicle...it is for lifetime! I still own the Camry, why are they not keeping their own end of the bargain? More

Being widowed she bought a new 2007 Camary and PREPAID for the LIFETIME OIL CHANGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Now they will NOT honor her PREPAID LIFE TIME OIL CHANGES!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of mentality do the management have with this dealership???????????? Why were they so HOT to have her PREPAY when she bought the car new?????????? OH, I know $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Like the others NO ONE at the dealership has the Ba___ to call me. I have tried all the same people listed with NO success!!! I was a business owner for 35 years in Plano purchased many company vehicles over the years and have never heard of such BS!!!!!!!!!!!! I have already told about 8 people that were looking for a car what JOHN EAGLE is doing and they ran the other way!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my car at Sport City Toyota, Dallas in 2013. I bough an extended warranty package including also lifetime oil change. Today, March 22,2020 took my car to the service and I was told that the “life bough an extended warranty package including also lifetime oil change.
