George provided all that we needed to make our decision, and spent ample time with us (once the car arrived) showing us how all of the features worked. The only complaint that we have with the process would be the total cost of the car and lack of availability to obtain many features without having to either purchase full packages or upgrade - neither of these complaints are the fault of the dealer but of Toyota corporate. Regarding availability of specific features, I believe that Honda does a better job with this. More
