He took his time with us to customize our new vehicle, never once pressuring us to add on features we weren't interested in. He explained all of the options and took a very personal approach with us. We felt like we were buying a car from a friend. While we waited for our car to ship, Geoff proactively contacted us with updates--we never once needed to call for status. When our vehicle arrived, he took an incredible amount of time to get us set up. Demonstrating all of the features, helping us set everything up, making sure that when we drove off the lot, everything was configured perfectly and we were happy. He even followed up later to check in to see if we needed anything, or had any questions. He was so attentive and committed to ensuring we were happy with our purchase, it was amazing.
