They countered and we gave our final price we were comfortable with and the Sales Manager (Geoff) signed off. Whole process was relatively quick and easy. Love the concierge option. The pick up and drop off person were professional. Didn’t get any updates during the day regarding the car status and had to call around to find out The pick up and drop off person were professional. Mechanic found an issue but never got any calls on whether we wanted it taken care of while the car was still at the dealership. Still waiting for an update on our options to have it fixed or under warranty. More
