Dishonest, Predatory, and Shameless—Stay Away from Aaron’s Ford Aaron’s Ford in Lake Elsinore is a complete scam. They knowingly sold me a lemon—a car with a bad transmission, faulty shocks, and ma Aaron’s Ford Aaron’s Ford in Lake Elsinore is a complete scam. They knowingly sold me a lemon—a car with a bad transmission, faulty shocks, and major safety issues that now require thousands of dollars in repairs just months after purchase. The worst part? They didn’t even bother to service the car before handing it over. It was clear from the start they had zero intention of selling me a reliable vehicle. On top of that, despite my excellent credit score, they stuck me with a ridiculously high-interest rate, showing just how eager they were to rip me off. Since day one, I’ve gotten nothing but lies, excuses, and the classic runaround. They refuse to take any responsibility for knowingly putting me in a dangerous, defective car. This dealership is dishonest, predatory, and completely untrustworthy. If you don’t want to get scammed, stay far away from Aaron’s Ford. They don’t deserve anyone’s business. More

I have purchased 2 suburbans from them in the past 7 years and both needed a new engine. Having a 2.5 year old car that had multiple major engine issues and now needing an engine replaced is crazy…. GM years and both needed a new engine. Having a 2.5 year old car that had multiple major engine issues and now needing an engine replaced is crazy…. GM not offering any assistance to help cover the replacement is absolutely crazy. The service mgr recommended getting a lawyer… Do better GM. Your supposed to be then that. More

I took my Tahoe in for an oil change and two issues which were covered by my extended warranty. They replaced a motor mount and the info/radio screen. Taylor was very helpful and professional and he got me a were covered by my extended warranty. They replaced a motor mount and the info/radio screen. Taylor was very helpful and professional and he got me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. But virtually everyone I came into contact at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Vehicle looked great in a video and pictures. When I got there it was not worth even lowend KBB. On the test drive I’m surprised the truck stoped. It needed brakes and the tires were so worn. That’s insane, and no negotiating on price. I’m happy I walked away. Waste of a 2 hour drive one way. Oh and the person I had spoken with prior to going was either fired or quit, only cuz I asked where are they and verified with multiple employees. More

What a horrible dealership. I made a deal on a car over the phone and went in to buy it and they sold it the night before. Not a courtesy call, nothing. Lied to me over the phone and in person. His staff lied to me telling me he was fired that's why he didn't return my calls. When I went in to finalize the deal he was there. I still can't believe they sold the car after making a deal with me. Crappy dealership. Plus they add on xxxxxxxx products like, karr warranty, electronic license plate for 1500 dollars. You can buy that yourself for $599. Look it up, revive plate. What a Joke More
