Kings Ford used to be the bane of my thoughts when I looked at my truck with the horrible service I received when I purchased years ago. Not sure what even triggered me to go back after I received an email from them. I'm glad I went back though. All the horrible leadership is no longer there. Travis (sales manager) greatest me and showed his appreciation for me coming in and wanted a chance to make things right. He introduced me to Geno who was very willing to work with me on the numbers and also walked the lot in the pouring rain. I didn't see anyone in any other lots in the plaza outside at all. Then Randy (finance manager) made it all come together to the agreed price. Even the parts employees treated me well, and we know they can sometimes be a little direct and less than customer oriented. Very pleased with the results of Kings Ford now. Bad for them, I don't think I will want another truck for the next 15 years with all the gizmos and gadgets that I just realized were on my new truck. Thumbs up guys! More

He ended up working a deal for us so that we could get a newer car than originally planned, for the same price range. This help from Geno was great as this was my first car buying experience. The night took a turn for the worse, however, when we waited over an hour just to sign the papers and leave. We ended up being at the dealership for 3.5 hours but I am happy with my new vehicle and would recommend Geno to anyone. More
