Walked in for Service, Walked out with a New Car! I live in the West Palm Beach area but have recently relocated my 2012 VW GTI to where I work in Clearwater, FL. My car required servicing so I visited Lokey VW since it was the closest dealership to my office and I am so glad that it was. It was a pleasant experience from the moment I pulled up to Lokey. I was greeted by a service-center person who introduced me to Antonio, the service advisor. Antonio was on the phone, so while he was attending to another customer, I walked into their showroom. To my surprise, right there on the showroom floor was the car of my dreams, the 2018 VW Golf R!, I had been waiting anxiously for this model to arrive but there was little information except speculation about availability dates. As I was ogling the car, I was approached by the very charismatic and vivacious Geneva, who quickly became one of my favorite people. Although a salesperson, I never felt like Geneva was pressuring me into making a decision (primarily because I was pressuring myself). Following a fun-filled test drive with Geneva and conversations with the amazingly informed staff, namely Hunter (another salesperson) and Rob, the sales manager, I was convinced that I had to have this car. I was able to work an equitable trade for my car and within hours, following a number of very interesting conversations with their finance manager, Chad, as I was signing my first born away (ha, don’t I wish!) I was driving home in my new car. The follow-up has been fantastic and I will be returning my car next week for the tint and special paint package. I count myself very lucky to have been in need of service on my car at the right time but most importantly, the right place was Lokey VW and I had the opportunity to work with all the right people! Thanks to Antonio, Geneva, Rob, Hunter and Chad for making a good experience even better and way more fun! More

I had an excellent experience @ Lokey VW I'm not sure if I've ever met a nicer bunch of people! Everyone was friendly, upbeat and accomodating. I purchased a used Jetta and felt like I boug I'm not sure if I've ever met a nicer bunch of people! Everyone was friendly, upbeat and accomodating. I purchased a used Jetta and felt like I bought a new one with the way I was treated. My saleswoman, Geneva was great! As were Joe, (the manager?) and Tim, the gent who took care of getting my loaner cars, (and there were a few). I chose a used Jetta, that had just been traded and when they inspected the vehicle they called and said they couldn't sell it to me because there were numerous problems with it. I appreciated the honesty in not selling me that car because it was an "as is" purchase. I chose another Jetta and it had some scratches on the trunk lid. So they put me in a loaner vehicle while they fixed it. While it took a few days to get the work done, they did an excellent job and my new, used car, looks great!! More

Another positive VW experience with Geneva! This is our fourth lease with VW. It all started with a leased EOS from Geneva who was then working in the New Port RIchey location (now closed). We switched to Lokey from that point forward and have leased a Passat, a Golf and now our 2018 Passat. To our surprise and delight Geneva greeted us in the parking lot at Lokey last week, so we knew it was going to be another positive experience. The only negative I would say is that the time it took from when we said yes to the deal and when we actually signed the lease papers has been excessive ... over 2 1/2 hours this last time. We are enjoying our new Passat and will continue to refer friends and family to Volkswagen and Lokey. Great job! More
